Smart Spaces for nurseries
See which rooms a child will move through, how each room’s forecast compares with capacity and where the real pinch points are — before deciding whether you have space.

The problem
Working out a child’s journey through the nursery takes time. Teams have to map when they will move rooms, compare each room’s future availability with its capacity and find any pinch points along the way.
Standard forecasts can also assume that every child stays, attends every planned day and leaves only on schedule. They may not reflect churn, holidays, sickness, early school leavers or five-day bookings that do not materialise in practice.
The result can be a nursery appearing full when viable spaces remain. Turning away an enquiry unnecessarily can mean losing tens of thousands of pounds in income over the life of that place.
A more robust forecast
Smart Spaces brings the child’s room journey, booked occupancy, capacity and selected real-world planning factors together. See whether you are genuinely full and where a booking could work before deciding what to offer.

See which rooms the child will move through and when, not just the space available on their first day.
Compare forecast occupancy with capacity by room, date and AM or PM session instead of relying on a blanket “full”.
Compare the booked position with selected assumptions for churn, absences, early leavers and booking patterns, with nursery staff making the final call.
Planning estimates support a decision; they do not guarantee a place or replace your capacity checks.
